The Virginia Adult Learning Resource Center website was designed by Tammy Wymer and developed by Stephen Grainer. Some interactive features were built by the former Center web developer, Jasmine Li. The site was developed using valid XHTML and cascading stylesheets to meet government accessibility standards and promote cross-platform compatibility.
